HOW CAN I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT?
Booking an appointment is made easy! To book an appointment online anytime navigate to our home page, Click on the service your pup needs and you will be taken to our online booking site. Another option is giving us a Call during business hours at (951)790-1995.
DO YOU NEED TO SEE PROOF OF VACCINATION?
We ask that all of our clients are up to date on vaccines and all puppies must have their first 2 sets of puppy shots before they can be seen.
HOW LONG DOES GROOMING USUALLY TAKE?
Every pet is different, and the length of time usually depends on what service the pet is receiving that day. Typically every grooming appointment lasts one to two hours
HOW MUCH DOES GROOMING COST?
We price by weight, coat condition, and temperament. Price may change from time to time depending on how often they are brought in and how well owners maintain at home.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are a cashless facility, and a credit card is required to secure all appointments for no-show protection. However, you can pay through Zelle at the time of checkout.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Yes, walk-ins are available for à la carte services such as nail trims and ear cleaning.
HOW DO I BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR MULTIPLE DOGS?
Please call us to schedule multiple dogs together or book each pet separately online.
HOW DO I COMPLETE REQUIRED CONTRACTS?
All contracts are paperless and will be emailed after booking. They must be completed before drop-off.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We are open 6 days a week and closed on Sundays. We close after our last scheduled appointment of the day, so we recommend calling ahead before walking in.
